Melton First Response
Our Melton First Response campaign has been such an important initiative. Hope Street is proud to announce that due to the generosity of so many contributions from government, corporate, community and philanthropic organisations, a new Melton youth refuge is on its way. You can follow the progress of the project through our Featured Stories section.
Hope Street is partnering with the City of Melton and engaging other stakeholders to develop an innovative First Response Youth Service to address the support and accommodation needs of young people and young families in crisis as a result of homelessness or risk of becoming homeless. This includes the establishment of a purpose built crisis accommodation service for young people in the City Of Melton.
