Bianca Nash commenced at Hope Street in the role of First Response Youth Refuge Team Leader for South Morang in May 2024. Bianca is an accomplished social worker who holds 20 years of experience in the community services industry working in the youth, counselling, case management and family services sector.

Bianca has a passion for trauma informed and evidence-based programs that support the recovery of children and young people.

Bianca brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as Team Leader, through her varied roles that includes the operational management of family and youth services programs, provision of counselling and case management support to families, young people and children and facilitation of therapeutic groups. In her role as Team Leader, Bianca’s hope is to support the invaluable work of Hope Street in guiding and supporting vulnerable young people in their journey to adulthood by assisting them to build vital life skills.
